We are looking for a Sourcing Senior Associate. Applicants should have the following qualification below.
Sourcing Senior Associate Job Qualifications:
- College graduate of HRDM, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant course
- With at least 6 months of experience in sourcing
- Experience in headhunting or any RPO companies is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and high aptitude for learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer applications
- Knowledgeable in recruitment platforms (social media, job aggregators)
- With good communication skills
