  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and motivate a team to meet operational and financial goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company to clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of costing and creating competitive billing proposals.
  • Skilled in planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to support business growth.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, particularly in addressing operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws, regulations, and trends is an advantage.
