We are looking for a HR Assistant. Applicants should have the following qualification below.
HR Assistant Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Psychology or Human Resource Management
Job Descriptions for HR Assistant:
- Provides clerical support to the HR Department.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains both hard and digital copies of employee records.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and outsourced providers/workers.
- Checking Billing – OS Partners, endorsement to Heads.
- Provide access pass for Clients.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and outsourced providers/workers.
- Filing and updating of documents.
- Attend to Monthly Meeting and Special Meetings.
- Prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Coordination of concerns to LR OS Coordinators.
- Conducts or assists with onboarding and orientation of workers.
- Helps in checking and processing payment for billings of outsourced providers/vendors.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head.
