Duties and Responsibilities

Government Reporting Functions

  • File and report employee’s statutory with the SSS, HDMF and PHIC
  • File and report employee’s compensation, expanded withholding tax, value added tax, summary list of sales and purchases, importation, suppliers and all other related taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue
  • Prepare monthly Manual Cash Receipts and Sales Book for the Computation of VAT
  • Provide documents for biddings
  • Provide BIR 2307 Certificate to Suppliers
  • Provide reports and other documents as required by the Revenue Officers for Tax Investigations
  • Yearly renewal of Real Property taxes
  • Provide documents for the yearly renewal of Business Permits, Tax Clearances and any other related permits with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Local Government of Makati, Cebu and Davao branches
  • Provide and prepare any other documents as requested by the External Auditor
  • Assist on other request from other groups or within the group
  • Prepare SSS / PHIC / HDMF Certificates of Employees


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy (BSA)
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required to this position
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
